This training is for members only and is not open to the general public or any non-members.

$835.00 Full Registration (includes: Polo shirt, 9/26 Dinner for Executive Committee and Policy Committee Chairs ONLY; Tuesday Executive Committee Meeting: Tuesday conference breakfast, lunch & dinner; Wednesday conference breakfast, lunch & dinner; Thursday conference breakfast, lunch & Awards Banquet; Friday breakfast only.
